Kathleen McLeay
Chief Executive

Kathleen is Chief Executive and founded NCM Fund Services as it is now, post a management buyout of Noble Corporate Management with Henry in 2009.  Kathleen joined the corporate finance team of Noble & Company Limited in 2003, after a spell at EY as a corporate lawyer, and was involved in corporate finance advice focussing on financial services and then consumer clients. Kathleen moved to head up the Regulated Operator function and grew that business from just under 20 clients to over 100 investing in a variety of assets pre the buyout.

Kathleen is responsible for the day to day running of the NCM Group and also acts as Compliance Officer. She has oversight of all client relationships and ensures that high service levels and specialist knowledge are maintained throughout the Group (particularly in relation to regulatory matters). Kathleen is a Scottish qualified solicitor and notary public with over 20 years PQE.
