Dan McKeon
Director and Head of Legal & Regulatory

Dan is a Director of NCM Group Jersey Limited who takes direct responsibility for all legal and secretariat/governance matters, regulatory compliance and risk management within NCM Jersey. Dan, an English solicitor (non-practising) has over 20 years legal and financial services experience.

Prior to joining NCM, Dan was Head of Legal and Secretariat at Sanne Group and Company Secretary of Sanne Group plc having previously been a Director in their Private Equity funds division. Other career highlights include time with the Jersey Financial Services Commission in their fund’s authorisation team and a number of years in private practice for one of the leading offshore law firms advising on funds and international corporate and finance transactions.
