August has come and gone but before we look ahead with September, we can't forget to share one last August memory.
We have always known the NCM team are a multi-talented bunch and their out of office interests are a major influence in our recruitment process to ensure we get the right mix of personal qualities and professional attributes. People are at the heart of our service offering and looking purely at educational qualifications is never enough.
Because of this well-rounded approach to recruitment, we benefit from having a very diverse team that all enjoy working (and playing) together. In August, we had the perfect example of this as Sabina in our CIS team took to the stage at the Edinburgh Fringe in a comedy open mic night!
A number of the team went along to support her and enjoyed a fun evening together. Thankfully, no heckling by the crowd and Sabina gave a brilliant performance (much to the awe of those of us who are not so brave).
