In June, the NCM team packed up and relocated to the beautiful scenery of the Lake District for their annual strategy event. Time was spent on team training and development, ensuring all are prepared to give NCM clients their best possible levels of service.
With so many new colleagues joining the team over the past few months, for many members, this was their first strategy event! Team building essential, raft building was a fun way to get everyone bonding and working together to make sure they stayed afloat in the water. Other activities included a cooking challenge and a Rural Olympics where teams competed in challenges like lamb herding, apple ducking and blindfolded quad bike driving! Congratulations again to the winning team!
Evenings were spent relaxing with good food, very good drinks and as always, great company. Safe to say, everyone was ready to return to work refreshed and refocused.
