NCM are excited to now be buying our office coffee from Rafikï Coffee, an independent local coffee roaster and supplier. Rafikï coffees are imported from Rwanda and are certified organic, certified fair trade and sourced directly from the local farmers who handpick them.
By purchasing from Rafikï Coffee, NCM are not only enjoying delicious coffee but are supporting Rafikï’s educational and social projects. Rafikï Coffee was founded by Benjamin Murenzi who is originally from Rwanda but attended university in Edinburgh. He believes that in order to help Rwanda progress, we need to invest in trade and education for a more sustainable quality of life. One of Rafikï’s initiatives is a partnership with Rwandan school “Ecole du bon Berger” to support underprivileged children through school by providing funding for tuition, transportation, school supplies and lunch at school.
