NCM’s Associate Director, Sukhjit Dhaliwal was recently invited to speak at Womble Bond Dickinson’s London property fund forum. Thankfully, the snowy weather and threat of Coronavirus wasn’t enough to deter attendees. There was an excellent turn out of property fund managers, advisors and those looking to learn more about how to set up a property fund.
Despite the current low interest rate environment, it was encouraging to hear that there is still a healthy appetite for new property funds to launch. This interest came from both managers and investors. NCM currently administer and service around 125 property funds within the UK.
