NCM Further Strengthens Management Team With Senior Appointments

NCM has recently appointed two senior directors to assist the business as it continues to expand its service offering to alternative asset managers. 

 

Chris Ruark has joined NCM as commercial director and will be focusing on developing new business opportunities across the group as well as building strategic partnerships across the sector. He is a qualified chartered accountant with more than 20 years experience within financial services, most recently as head of corporate services at Sanne, a FTSE listed alternative administration business. He has extensive experience of managing and leading corporate governance and company administration functions having previously worked in London, Cayman and New York.

 

Andrew Goodyear has joined as operations director and will be working closely with the business to deliver initiatives in support of business growth and the continued development of the operating platform. He has considerable experience in organisational and operational change and, prior to joining NCM, was head of strategy and M&A at Sanne. He started his career with RBS where he worked within the wealth management division specialising in strategic planning and implementation.

 

Both Chris and Andrew are based in Jersey and will also look to build out NCM’s presence in the jurisdiction, which is recognised as one of the leading international domiciles for funds focused on alternative investments.

NCM now services more than 200 fund structures across a range of alternative investment strategies including, private equity, real assets, venture capital, debt and ESG. With offices in Edinburgh, London and Jersey, the group employs 40 people, many of whom are qualified accountants and lawyers with significant sector experience.
