The award was presented by judge, Amali de Alwis, MD of Microsoft. The finalists pitched to an expert panel of judges and crowd of over 200 investors, accelerators, entrepreneurs and corporate leaders. The judging panel was made up of Amali de Alwis, MD, Microsoft for Startups UK, Adam Kamani, CEO KM Capital, Kamani Property Group and Co-Founder of PrettyLittleThing, Ed Prior, Tech Investment Banker, GP Bullhound, Jacqueline de Rojas, President, techUK, Denise Xifara, Co-Founder, GMG Ventures and Michael Stothard, Editor, Sifted.
In addition to this great news, a second Episode 1 investment, Riskledger has been selected as one of the 10 start-up semifinalists at the Accenture Blue Tulip Awards. The Blue Tulip Awards is a year-round ecosystem-driven program that aims to accelerate innovators, build powerful collaborations and drive breakthrough innovation.
