NCM client Elaghmore has combined its portfolio businesses to form TVS Group. The members of this group include SB Components, Priden Engineering and McPhee Mixers to create a ‘one-stop’ shop to deliver engineering solutions for the commercial and industrial vehicle industry, with an annualised revenue of around £50 million.
TVS Group has been launched to provide a wide range of market-leading services and products to major companies in a variety of sectors that use commercial and industrial vehicles. Each company in the Group shares similar attributes, such as high-levels of technical expertise and best-in-class customer service in their respective industries.
Led by Group Managing Director, James Warren, TVS Group will offer customers a ‘one-stop’ shop for manufacturing and other solutions from multiple sites including TVS Service Centres across the UK, and one in Holland. Each site is customer-focused to deliver the highest-quality products and services from across the Group’s offering.
Each company will retain its brand and identity but will work together as part of the TVS Group. This collaboration will enable the companies to share premises and expertise, and broaden the range of products and services they offer to their customers. TVS Group is exploring potential acquisitions which will further strengthen its offer to customers.
