A number of the NCM team attended the BVCA Tax, Regulatory and Legal conference held in London on 29 November. As always the event was interesting, educational and a great forum to learn about the matters which are top of the Private Equity agenda. It covered everything from Brexit, work of the BVCA committees, GDPR, Mifid II, Tax, Partnership reform, VAT and many more issues that are pertinent to our clients. It was also good to see a number of our clients featured particularly in the session from British Business Bank, highlighting their work in the sector.
