"As you know June normally brings our annual client afternoon tea which is always a fun afternoon of fizz, chat and lots of sugar. This year would have been our 14th year and was to be at the beautiful Scottish Cafe in the National Museum of Scotland but sadly not to be. Instead we wanted to send you all a socially distanced hello and our best wishes for you and your family. However, do feel free to pour yourself a glass of fizz or large G&T and source good cake on the afternoon of 24th. I also wanted to assure you, when safe to do so, we will arrange another date with the Contini team and send invites to you all then. Our intended fizz on the terrace may be mulled wine and a cosy blanket but we won’t let it slip out of the schedule.
I (and the rest of the NCM team) look forward to catching up with you all in person soon. In the meantime please stay safe (and for those of you juggling work and children/caring/home schooling, sane).
